IT’S four defeats in four matches this season for the Northants women’s Donald Steward team following their 106-120 defeat away to North Essex at Cornard.
The rink of Carol Warters, Shirley Suffling and Chris Ford were convincing 36-15 winners, while Karen Porter, Penny Hart and Moira Holroyd edged home 21-20, but there were defeats for the rinks of Wendy Stevens (15-29), Liz Hext (15-35) and Gill King (19-21).
